Two billing options are available: a monthly retainer based upon number of employees or hourly billing. Retainer clients receive unlimited phone access to legal advice and counseling in all labor relations matters. Warning, discipline and termination letters are covered by the retainer fee. Additionally, retainer clients receive a reduced hourly rate on any services provided which are not covered by the retainer fee. Steve's son, Joe, is a partner in the firm.
