Darren M.
Larsen worked as an attorney in the Office of
the Chief Counsel, Department of the United
States Treasury for thirteen years. She
represented the I.R.S. in the U.S. Tax Court
advocating and advising on audit, collection and
criminal matters. She was a frequent instructor
training other attorneys in the Office of Chief
Counsel and Internal Revenue Service in the
intricacies of tax collection and bankruptcy
matters.
For eight years
Ms. Larsen represented the I.R.S. in the U.S.
Bankruptcy Court as a Special Assistant U.S.
Attorney in the Central District of California
and the District of Alaska.

Darren M.
Larsern opened her private law office in 1995,

Ms. Larsen
earned her Bachelor's Degree in Economics from
UCLA and her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law
School in Los Angeles. She also holds a degree
from the Graduate School of Education at UCLA,
and an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York
University.
