Attorney
Alan V. Thaler has been representing business
clients, large and small, corporate and
individual, in collecting money owed to them
since 1981. Working as a litigator at large
firms representing some of California's largest
and most established financial institutions, Mr.
Thaler learned the in's and out's of debt
collection, from small unpaid invoices to
complex bankruptcy disputes. After working from
Century City to Atlanta, Georgia and settling in
Orange County, California, Alan opened The
Thaler Law Firm in 1991.
Mr. Thaler is
admitted to practice in all of the Courts of the
States of California and Georgia as well as the
United States Courts of Appeal for the Ninth,
Tenth and Eleventh Circuits, plus the District
of Wyoming and the Northern District of
Georgia.
Whether a matter
is a garden-variety collection of a debt or a
complex litigation concerning sister-state
judgments, multiple parties, guarantor
liability, objecting to a bankruptcy debtor's
attempts to discharge obligations, having to
obtain relief from the automatic stay to
repossess personal property security or
foreclose upon real property security, setting
aside a fraudulent transfer or defending against
a preference claim, Mr. Thaler has been there
and done that. Drawing upon 17 years of
experience in private law practice in
California, the Thaler Law Firm has proven its
ability to economically obtain results for its
clients within a reasonable time
frame.
The Firm offers
its skills and experience to businesspeople and
companies, obtaining the best results for the
least amount of attorney's fees, in the shortest
time frame. The Thaler Law Firm continues to
pursue collections from debtors on behalf of its
creditor clientele, whether the debtors are
already in bankruptcy or heading in that
direction.
If somebody owes
you money, you ought to contact Alan Thaler
today to determine your best opportunity to
collect it--in the shortest possible time and at
the lowest possible cost. Much classier, more
professional and legitimate than a collection
agency, the Thaler Law Firm is considerably less
expensive to use for collection
matters.
After attending
Fairfax High School in Los Angeles, Mr. Thaler
earned his A.B. degree in Sociology in only 3
years from the University of California at
Berkeley. While working for Bank of America and
First Los Angeles Bank by day, he earned his
Masters Degree in Business Administration
through Pepperdine University's esteemed evening
MBA program. Thereafter, he earned his Juris
Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 1981. Since
then, he has been using his Legal, Business and
Sociology skills in helping businesspeople
collect the money they are owed.
